Where are the buffered bike lanes in the new waterfront? If its such a good idea why not do it in new development where it has no impact on existing homeowners.

Thank you for working to create a safer, more inclusive Vancouver. I like the saying "we are all pedestrians." Complete Streets, Place Making, Livability context measures, mixed use, grid vs arterial, etc, all embrace this notion, and I heartily applaud and encourage this. There are humane, healthy and economic reasons to implement these.
